Started in a tiny office above a coffee shop, built on late nights and too much caffeine. Here's how we grew into what we are today.
The Beginning
Eldryn started out solo, working from home helping local entrepreneurs figure out their taxes. Back then it was just a laptop, determination, and way too many spreadsheets. First client? A food truck owner who became a lifelong friend.
Growing Pains
Word got around, and suddenly we're juggling 40+ clients. Moved into our first real office space on Burrard Street. Hired our first team member, Thavo, who brought incredible energy and a knack for making complex tax stuff actually make sense to people.
Specializing Smart
Realized we couldn't be everything to everyone. Decided to focus on what we're genuinely good at - helping small businesses and startups navigate tax optimization. Brought in specialized software, upgraded our processes, and stopped pretending we liked doing personal returns for everyone's cousin.
Pandemic Pivot
COVID hit everyone hard. We helped dozens of clients navigate CEBA loans, wage subsidies, and all that confusing government support. Those were intense months, but seeing our clients survive and even thrive? That's when we knew we'd built something meaningful.
Today & Tomorrow
Now we're a tight team of seven, serving 200+ businesses across BC. We've figured out our rhythm - combining old-school relationship building with modern tech. Still in that same Burrard Street building, just took over another suite because we're running out of room.
